    I can’t stop eating this…after a gallon ordered I ordered a kit. Making it tonight. This will be a part of my low carb diet. Great product!!!

      Forever! One of the best things about kimchi is that it never goes “bad” i.e. unsafe to eat. However we say that you have a good 3 month period where it tastes at it’s peak.
